Returns and Exchanges
If you decide an item is not right for you, items in new, resalable condition may be returned within 30 days for a full refund with the exception of Clearance shoes, which are non-refundable. To be eligible for return, the item must be in new, unused condition and include the original, attached tags and/or box the items came in. Include the purchase receipt or a copy. Email the store (nwsvashon@icloud.com) prior to mailing a return to assist us identify the item when it arrives. Returns may also be made in person at Northwest Sports. Please wear your new shoes around the house to make sure they are exactly the right shoe for you before venturing outside. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If shoes are defective (by manufacturer’s standards), shoes may be returned within 6 months following purchase. After 6 months you will need to contact the company directly.
